Yes. Jorge works in English and Spanish with organizations in the United States, Mexico, Latin America and Europe. Coaching and much of the consulting happen online; experiences and keynotes can be delivered in person.
No. Golf is the metaphor and the laboratory, not a requirement. In our leadership experiences, we learn by playing, starting from scratch.
