Industrial engineer, player, coach, superintendent, educator and executive. For more than three decades, Jorge J. Croda has been proving that the values of golf (patience, integrity, resilience and focus) are the best training there is for leading a company, a team or a life.
Born in Mexico and based in Texas, he has worked across Latin America, the United States and Europe. He was the first Hispanic recipient of the TurfNet Superintendent of the Year award (2017), served as an agronomy advisor to the host venue of the Ryder Cup 2023 in Italy, and took a golf club from 64th to 2nd place in five years. Today he is the founder of Croda Consulting, the creator of the Best of Me: A Lifestyle philosophy and the author of 28 books.

Who is Jorge Croda?
Jorge J. Croda is a leadership coach, certified neurocoach, organizational consultant and Amazon bestselling author with more than 30 years of experience across Mexico, Latin America, the United States and Europe. He is the founder of Croda Consulting, the creator of the Best of Me: A Lifestyle philosophy and a Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS). In 2017 he became the first Hispanic to win the TurfNet Superintendent of the Year award.

Are sessions online or in person?
Both. Executive coaching and most programs are delivered online, in English or Spanish. Golf experiences, workshops and keynotes can take place in person in the United States, Mexico, Latin America and Europe.
